Creators: Various. Hood River has been a very active park. There have been many revisions and additions over the years. Many community members and companies have been involved, including Dreamland Skateparks.

Rules: Open access (bikes, scooters, etc. allowed)
Facilities: Benches, adjacent green space, bathrooms, water fountain, climbing wall, seating, and dirt track.
Location: 20th St and Wasco Street
Directions: From I-84 eastbound, take the West Hood River exit #62 and go right (on Cascade St.). Go past the Walmart and McDonalds and at the Subway, go left on 20th. Keep left, down the hill and it's on your left at 20th and Wasco.
